My HOA has recently switched from Janek to FSR. I have had an issue where my account balance is incorrectly listed as owing an additional month of HOA fees due to a poor transition between Janek and FSR. I have contacted FSR through their portal over 5 times and left at least 2 voicemails. ANN MARIE KOLACK Is the worst property manager I ever see or know in greater Boston are. She tries her best to make as much trouble as possible to all condo owners, react like lighting when something related to fines, like towing your car, fine for the rental or charge anything they dislike. When it comes to help request, suddenly disappear without any response. If your condo has the same manager like Ann, don’t buy it, you will be treated like a refugee for sure.

This has been the most frustrating company I’ve had to deal with. My home was damaged by a car in November 2024, and as of today, the repairs still haven’t been completed. Despite reaching out multiple times, I’ve been either ignored or met with repeated delays and excuses.
FSR is absolutely horrible. They're quick to take the HOA fee but don't expect them to respond to anything in a timely manner..If they respond at all.They are the absolute worst.
