I strongly recommend developers and boards to look elsewhere - this company does a very poor job managing their buildings. My building is moving to a different company and we've had numerous complaints from residents over the last few years. Our assigned building manager, Helen, constantly drops the ball. I've been on the board of 2 previous building HOAs before and I've never seen anything this bad.
Horrendous company. Raises fees constantly, however does poor job maintaining the property and communication is non existent. The only reliable communications are the fee increase notices. They don't answer the phone, they have low budget off shore support and they don't respond to emails. I recommend avoiding FSR if you have a choice.
The management is the worst. I lost my fob 3 days ago and still I'm waiting for them to tell me where to get a new 1. Repeated emails go unanswered. Calls go to a answering service that promise a call back within 48 hrs. I'm on 72 now without a call back. Meanwhile I have to wait in front of the building for someone to come out so I can get in. 4 days still no fob. I'm told it's being made. Imagine waiting 5 days for a key get into your own home.
Tremont on the Common operates extremely smoothly. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. When I report something is broken, it is fixed quickly and effectively. Everything is just easy and very manageable. Presumably, YENSI BÁEZ is managing the building extremely effectively, which is why everything works so well. My HOA has recently switched from Janek to FSR. I have had an issue where my account balance is incorrectly listed as owing an additional month of HOA fees due to a poor transition between Janek and FSR. I have contacted FSR through their portal over 5 times and left at least 2 voicemails. After receiving automated replies, two different reps reached out to me via email with the exact same response and never followed up with me on the situation after I responded to their emails.
