First Service Residential manages Sabal Pine South in Delray Beach. The community is not being mantained properly. Light fixures are rusted and broken, stairwells have paint chipping away, & parking curbs are faded and need painting. Black stains on all the condo buildings have been there for over a year and nothing is being done about it. This is a poorly managed community and the lack of maintenance reflects it.

My experience with Linda Birdsong was exceptional. Not only was I pleasantly greeted at the reception area, she was attentive to my needs and looked over the paperwork I was delivering on the spot to ensure everything was in order so everything would be processed in a timely and efficient manner. Linda is knowledgeable, great with customer relations and a pleasure to interact with. I look forward to my next experience to work with Linda again.

Carlye Shore Manager of Swim and Racquet Club at Polo Trace and Akamie Insardi Property Manager did an outstanding job of keeping all homeowners informed and up to date with the events surrounding Hurricane Milton. We are truly blessed to have such capable and professional people working for us.

Recently I had the pleasure of being provided with terrific customer service from DIANE ESOLA at the Boca Pointe Homeowners Assoc. I had a bit of a tricky problem with my specific community's security gate; and Diane handled it both swiftly and patiently. She knew exactly what resources to use to fix the problem, including summoning the Director of Security for a quick consult with both of us. Steve Weisberger
