We live in Central Park Port Saint Lucie Florida, called Verano 3.. FirstService been here since the property started to be built. They are horrible! I really don't think they know how to manage anything accept charging us monthly!! Central park could be a beautiful property but because FirstService are here Central Park is a dumpster!! We just voted for our new board and they are not moving fast enough!! First service residential is the property management for the 9th floor condo I live in, which is in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Lately they've done a fantastic job of remodeling the laundry room level in order to make it a much better part of the building than it was before. Before that, they've added a snack area to the television room, from which a person can order a snack or get for free a complimentary cup of hot chocolate. Kim Gray continues to serve our residents with many tasks. She answers my questions and is always pleasant and ready to assist. I have always received positive responses to my requests for help. She does a great job for us within the Lakes. Yea Kim.

First Service Residential manages my community Sabal Pine South. They have ignored my requests to maintain the exterior of the condo buildings which is required by the association bylaws. There is a black stan on all of the buildings and they refuse to have it cleaned. It's been like this for over a year. First Service Residential manages Sabal Pine South in Delray Beach. The community is not being mantained properly. Light fixures are rusted and broken, stairwells have paint chipping away, & parking curbs are faded and need painting. Black stains on all the condo buildings have been there for over a year and nothing is being done about it. This is a poorly managed community and the lack of maintenance reflects it.

these is a new managment in my propertis Bay View Palms, i am trayn to update my payments, y start at 9am, it is 3.10 pm and it imposible to get it. was at the property managmet in thr office and he can do it, apdate the password and wuen i want to get in it is the wrong pasword and start again to do it i told with all the representant and it is imposible to get what i neeed. never i have these terrible problem. i imegine the managment will be the same.
