Unfortunately FSR did a very poor job of delivering on the expectations they set. I would never recommend them.
Very poor customer relationships
Claire Durham does an excellent job managing Sun Harbor Condominiums. We own two units and she is always very responsive to any questions or concerns that we may have. She takes great pride in her job and it shows. She is always ready to go the extra mile and get things done. Thanks Claire!
Claire Durham with First Residential is amazing to work with! She is professional, reliable, hard working and kind hearted. She returns phone calls and emails promptly and truly wants to work with all homeowners to ensure our neighborhood is everything we want it to be. I have lived at bridge harbor for a year. Claire has been our hoa representative. I feel when issues , or questions are ask, she does respond at that time, , if she knows the answers, or she will research and gets back to you.
