Horrendous incompetence - Company needs better upper level day to day management on every level - Local subdivision/apartment tenants are forced to deal with employees gravely lacking sub basic organizational, communication and clerical skills - Simply shameful & embarrassing 🤦
The worst. We have a 300-person condo unit and no one from FS Residential to contact on off-hours in case of emergency.
These people manage my rental property and I have neither the time nor the will to write down all of the ways they've pissed me off. Simply awful.
