I just moved here about five months ago and I couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding care at this psychiatry office. Dr. Kenneth is truly amazing! You can tell he truly cares about his patients’ wellbeing, and it makes all the difference. The front desk team is equally amazing. Dr. Kenneth takes his time to really listen and get to know my situation and Desiree in the front is so nice and really helped me understand my insurance!
I have put in four different refill requests for my medication with Walmart but they keep bouncing back because the office does not approve the refill in time. Dr. Kenneth felt judgmental when I started crying in his office because I still hadn’t received my medication, the medication that allows my brain to function normally.
