What a wonderful service and company!! Very professional and smart in a time where things was very stressful for my family!! EMT Derrick Ascensio and EMT Brandon Carris was 2 angels they showed up on time and took such good care of my father and took extra time on him cause he needed it! A team from Firstmed came to the City of Hope in Duarte to take her to a skilled nursing facility in San Bernardino. Because my sister is a bariatric patient that was on oxygen, the 7 person team consisted an EMT supervisor, supervisor Hanes, 3 EMT's, EMT Partida, Christopher Paz, and Isaiah Renteria, a nurse, Carol Ping and 2 EMT's assisting her, Daniel Kwon and Ashley Parra.
