Candais was outstanding. Taking care of my every need before I could ask. Her service was outstanding. The only suggestion I can make having g worked in the service industry is to identify yourself when calling. You dont have caller ID and e very time your staff called they NEVER identified themselves until I ask who is calling ?

They were all wonderful. They took time to listen to what we needed for my mom and helped us find the right person to care for my mom. Anaya was great and helped my mom spend her days happy.

Jay, i's a really good helper. He's a self-motivated individual. He comes, he cleans up after my little puppy. Who uses a peepad? And he's been doing packing really good crystal, because I'm gonna be moving here in a couple of months. He's packed up two China cabinets already, and I have tons more packing to do. I really enjoy having him here. Thank you for letting him come to my house and help me.

My father needed help following a procedure. I contacted FirstLight Homecare and began the process with owner Sonia. She was very engaged from the start. Her attention to detail was clear during the onsite assessment. We scheduled care, to include transportation, and the team was outstanding. My father received the care he needed and the support team really delivered. I highly recommend Sonia and her team should you need non-medical Homecare!

I reached out to FirstLife for care for my husband and had a wonderful visit with Sonia and signed up immediately. But, before I could use their services the following week I had to put my husband in a home for 24/7 care. I had no doubts that he would have been in good hands after my time spent with Sonia.
