Best company to work for and BEST staff ever
I utilized First Light Home Care (Oak Park) to assist in some in home CNA care for my mom who suffers from memory loss. What a lovely team. Communicative, caring & supportive. Professional and they work very hard to be flexible with patients & families as the nature of elder care requires it. Thank you to John, Betty & Margo - what a relief you all were in helping my brother and I as we care for Mom.
I cannot say enough positive things about First Light Home Care of Oak Park. Margot and John quickly responded to our need of care for my father. They had someone covering a shift within 24 hours. A week later we asked to add another shift of care and this was again done the next day. My dad had entered hospice care and Margot’s compassion and care was unprecedented.
