First Light was a tremendous help to me after I had my cervical spine fusion. The hardest part of the day for me was early mornings when my two little dogs woke up and needed to go out. Their caretaker was here at 6:30 each morning to take them out two to three times which allowed me to sleep and focus on careful movement for myself as the doctor instructed with no stretching or bending from the neck or waist.
