Exceptional service! They provided 24/7 care for both of my parents following their hospitalizations. Karen’s team of 8 PSWs was outstanding—reliable, empathetic, and always focused on maintaining my parents' dignity & health. From personal care to rehab support, they exceeded our expectations. I have worked with FirstLight to provide companionship and care for my Mother 3 afternoons a week.
