I cannot say enough amazing things about FirstLight Home Care of North York. Excellent night-time care to assist my mom during the overnight hours, and the service has been outstanding. The caregivers are punctual, deeply respectful, and highly professional. They handle midnight medication, repositioning, and bathroom assistance with great care. Karen and her team at FirstLight have been excellent for my elderly parents. Karen is friendly, professional, and always available. She communicates well and is quite accommodating. Her PSW staff are similar to her and at home their care is supportive to our family needs. I would wholeheartedly recommend Karen and her team.

I have worked with FirstLight to provide companionship and care for my Mother 3 afternoons a week. She is currently living in an independent living residence, but due to issues with dementia, needs guidance and assistance with everyday activities.
