Our mother was admitted to Napa SNF in April 2026. It was very clear in the beginning she was not going to get the care there that she needed. I reached out to Phillip at FirstLight Home Care. He was so responsive and went so quickly to meet my mother and got us set up with a caregiver from his agency to provide additional care at night that she desperately needed. Our Caregiver is, Christina, and I cannot say enough about her. She takes the best care of my mom and understands my mom's needs on a deeper level. From day one, she came into our home, and we all instantly felt connected to her. As of today, she is more than my mom's caregiver, she is like family to us! We are so thankful to FirstLight Home Care for blessing our family with her. FirstLight Admin is also amazing as well! Very responsive and very helpful. It's clear that everyone on staff cares about this work.
Abby and her team were terrific, responsive, quick excellent communicators, very responsible and knowledgeable and very calming. I felt very reassured to have them by my side to help with my mother.
Abbey has been such a God-send for our family. We live out of state, and our loved ones are too fragile to travel. Abbey has shown then such love and support, works hard to make sure they have compatible care givers, and is super communicative so it's almost like we were there. I'm so happy we have her helping our family.
I am deeply grateful for the support and kindness the entire team at FirstLight has shown in the care of my father. Each member of this organization involved in his care has been professional and dedicated. I highly recommend them!
