We have used First light home care for the last two years as we needed help caring for my father while my wife and I were at work. I can’t say enough about the high level of care and compassion they provided, and were also very flexible with our changing schedules. Their prices are fair and I highly recommend their services if this level of care is required for a loved one. Adam
Ashley came out to meet with my parents over two weeks ago. She said she would get back with us and said she knew who she would have care for us. She never returned a call. My father tried calling her twice. Both times she hung up on him. Needless to say I was very hopeful because they both liked her. Do not trust what they say. My parents are still without help and it is killing my 82 year old mother trying to care for my 86 year old father.
First Light works hard to keep communication flowing about the care they provide. The owners are actively involved in daily operations/care. Fees are fairly assessed based on hours actually worked. Having worked with their competitors, I feel that First Light is better than what some others consider to be the best Home Care service in Genesee County.
Your ads on Hulu give me anxiety. They’re loud and generally unpleasant. I think it’s a bit ironic with the type of service you’re saying you provide.
Thank you Bruce and Brian for everything you have done. Great people with awesome employees. Everyone has been a blessing. Understood everything our dad needed and went beyond. Will highly recommend to everyone.
