My family can not begin to put into words the gratitude to Christine and her team for the kindness and compassion they showed in assisting us with the care of our mother. Each aide treated our mother as if she were their own. Christine was always available and anticipated our needs, even when it seemed like last minute.. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again if the need ever arose. 10 out of 10 stars if that rating was available
We could not have been more pleased with the kindness and responsiveness of Christine and FirstLight. They came alongside us during a difficult time and always helped provide caregivers when we needed them. They answer their phones promptly and found solutions to any question we asked them. You can tell that they care and want the best for the person they are arranging assistance for. They are professional, billing is accurate, and we would use them again if we had a need for more caregiving.
First light home care was excellent. The caregivers were great Christine Titus was very easy to work with. She always kept us informed. Was flexible in scheduling which we needed since our schedules were frequently changing. She was always willing to accommodate us. She came with new caregivers for their first time to introduce them. She was pleasant to work with. We highly recommend them
Christine and Melissa are angels. They have given our family continuous support and care during a very difficult transition. We are so lucky to have this support.
This was my first time needing home care that I didn’t already have setup after hospitalization. First Light Home Care was recommended by a trusted friend in an emergent situation and they indeed came to my rescue. The owner came out that very day to assess my care needs and introduced me to my caregiver and everything fell into place.
