First flight help my dad and I get the help we needed for my grandma, it was amazing to have reburta come in everyday and look after my grandma so that my dad and I could go to school and work everyday. Thank you so much David for helping us with our situation!
I was introduced to David from a neighbor of mine. He was extremely helpful and patient, providing my parents with the best options to make a well informed decision. This is such a delicate situation and often its a very emotional time for a family. David has been there like a good friend to me every step of the way. The staff at First Light are all amazing. The services my father receives have totally changed his quality of life. The caregivers are competent, kind and caring. My father adores them. The administrative staff members are very helpful and always available. First Light has changed my quality of life as well. I live out of state and now I don't have to worry all the time.
First Light and David Trieis made it possible for my dear elder friend to come home from a nursing home. A woman staff member from First Light did the 9 pm to 9 am shift. They clearly had been well trained and each of the four women had extensive experience with elder care through First Light training as well as assisted care and nursing home experience. David and his entire staff were great to work with! They were very accommodating in caring for my fathers during his recovery after surgery. Thank you all for such great customized care!
Excellent service for when you need immediate or ongoing assisted living help. David was very responsive to our needs. Responded immediately to a changing situation to provide for immediate care needs for my parents. Caregivers were friendly, caring, positive and helpful.
