Staffing department is very unprofessional.
Patients are being failed—again and again. Vulnerable individuals are left in the hands of aides who sleep through their shifts, lack the basic skills to operate essential medical equipment, and, in one harrowing instance, ejected a patient from her wheelchair, leaving her bruised and traumatized on the sidewalk. The two nurses are stretched far too thin to provide the oversight needed. very unorganized, the people in the office have poor communication and attitudes. the money is good but not worth the stress.
my mom has service from firslight homecare for about 2 years and i can honestly say that they have sent my mom some good permanent aides that we delt with I recommend anyone who has elderly family that needs good help contact firstlight homecare
