The staff at FirstLantic Healthcare took care of my mother as if she was family. The aides who came to her home treated her with dignity and respect, taking care of her every need. The entire staff is amazing, from the aides themselves, to Patrice (assigning and scheduling the aides), and Marcia on the billing team who was instrumental in helping me with insurance and billing. I can’t say enough how amazing these people are!

My mother was released from the hospital recently late at night, we were left with no care instructions, no medications and overwhelmed with what to do. In the morning I called the company her insurance was providing and they informed me care wouldn’t start until the following day. I was completely lost and had no support and now no one to help care for my other for another 24 hours! The Aides sent by “Firstlantic” were top shelf. Prompt, respectful and kind. I HIGHLY recommend Firstlantic for in home healthcare.
