We were given recommendations by the hospital my father was discharged from to get nursing care for home. He came home with a new peg tube dealing with esophageal cancer. Spoke with the staffing office regarding getting a nurse who was qualified and experienced with peg tube and feedings. They assured that they had a nurse they could assess my mother. I used FirstLantic to provide care for my mother in Palm Beach Gardens. My brother and I lived remotely although we visited monthly. My mom was an amputee and needed assistance in transitioning to and from her wheelchair. My mom settled on three care providers that provided care from 8 AM - 11PM 7 days a week. The staff at FirstLantic Healthcare took care of my mother as if she was family. The aides who came to her home treated her with dignity and respect, taking care of her every need. The entire staff is amazing, from the aides themselves, to Patrice (assigning and scheduling the aides), and Marcia on the billing team who was instrumental in helping me with insurance and billing. I can’t say enough how amazing these people are!

My mother was released from the hospital recently late at night, we were left with no care instructions, no medications and overwhelmed with what to do.
