FirstKey home is garbage. They don’t fix anything. The rent is way too high and they try to evict you when you’re leaving At the end of the lease. They turned off our app to pay and we had no way of paying Rentfor the last month and we told Them that That it wasn’t workingand they said The app will come back onon now they’re trying to evict us, even though we couldn’t pay Cause they removed us from The app don’t ever run from them garbage company
I just need to say how much of a blessing Ms. Shavonna Shatterfield has been to me and my family. We had a MAJOR CRISIS going on and she rode with us every mile of the journey. All the way through to today, our issue is resolved and we have been greatly blessed by this company and the local Chicago office. Ms. Satterfield you are greatly appreciated. Brian was persistent and a good worker
I had an amazing experience from Brian in HVAC. To start, Brian arrived early assessed the problem and provided optimal resolution expeditiously. The problem was resolved very quickly.
