I have had several service men to provide services at my home. Most of them have been good services. I've also had some poor experiences. However, most recently, Hugo from first keys came in with professional etiquette, genuine concern for our service needs, he respected our home with booties on his feet which is the big thing to my wife. Maintenence from FirstKey homes is abismal. They will show up to your house a week after you put in the issue even for emergency requests ( LIKE GAS LEAKS) and they will close the maintenance request after not having completed anything it's all a lie and you will suffer as a tenant. You will have severe difficulty getting in touch with the office due to the fact that they outsource their call center and when they do call you back it is at the world's most inconvenient times to discuss maintenence problems.
