Let me tell you about our visit to First Health Transition Care Clinic... It was above and beyond anything we were expecting. Nurse Goldie was the first person we made contact with, she helpful, answered our questions, walked us thru all the steps of the visit, and she was there again for us after we saw Dr. Barnes until we existed. But Dr. Barnes....excuse me if I seem teary eyed, but he was beyond fantastic!!! Dr. Barnes, and I mean this, really cared for about about My Husband. We were not prepared for this moment in life... read more
