My husband had a surgery here and every single staff member from the front desk, nurses, doctors and cafeteria workers were so helpful and kind. We are grateful for them all and that we came here for this procedure.
Everyone but the administrative staff are great. The outpatient reception people are incredibly unhelpful and act entitled and as if they have no time for their job. Their registration process is also really inefficient as someone else noted. They seem to have plenty of time to gossip to one another despite large numbers of people waiting. Oh and they seem to dislike women more than men based on what I saw. Much cheerier tone. At least all health providers and lab technicians have been great. These is the best medical facilities in the area. I highly recommend them.
Brazil & Alydia took care of my father-in-law checking in for unexpected labs this Sunday morning. Both ladies were so kind, patient and professional. They are excellent representatives for Moore Regional and our community.
