This place is awful. Every time I come here I'm ready to just waste away a couple of hours of my day. I make an appointment. I have a doctor's order for the lab work. It took 10 minutes to find parking. Arrive at the appointment time, drop off my sample, fill out a form, go to the front to get registered, as instructed, wait in line for that, then I'm told I have to take a seat and wait to finish getting registered. Line out the door, waiting area packed, sliding doors dont work. Who manages this? It's highly inefficient
