my father was being treated by Dr. Richards, and while he was a patient of hers had some issues with his high blood pressure. He kept telling her about it giving her all of his symptoms she kept saying keep an eye out will watch it. It’s not that bad. Several months later, he went in for test. Turns out he had kidney failure if she would have paid attention or listened my father would not be on dialysis, she should be ashamed of herself. She was pregnant at the time and was getting raids. This office is very caring and always willing to go above and beyond to help their patients!
I made an appointment for my son, who has been struggling with his health, with an NP. We had a family emergency and he had to drive us to RDU and now they won’t accept him as a patient because we failed to inform them. They didn’t follow up to confirm the appointment or provide any detail electronically on protocol for communication. At Mayo Rochester…wishing they could all be this good. Watch your step!
