FirstHealth Fitness is an great place to exercise on multiple machines, walking on an enclosed track, swim, play basketball. TONE, is a class that is offered and one can achieve a whole body workout
This is the best gym in the area. The staff are great, the trainers are awesome, and the installation and equipment are great as well. I recommend this place to anybody seeking a clean, nice gym with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
If you are looking for the TOTAL fitness experience, FIRST HEALTH is it! Pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room, small and large group classes, 1-on-1, weight rooms, nutrition, walking/running tracks, bikes, elliptical, and CHILDCARE!!! They also have multiple locations that you can visit if you get “total health.” Looking for classes to motivate you? Try Mary in the pool, Jennifer on the bike, Sara for body pump and ANYTHING with Leah and you’ll be sure to leave sweating!
Take a class with Amy! Here Body Pump class is fantastic!! She always pushes you to do more, lift more, be more. Congratulations on 10 years of service Amy!
My favorite class is probably Zumba!!!!!
