So highly disappointed. I had a care plan all set up with Dr. Allred and then she leaves and with her leaving there went my care plan. The next Doctor I saw I explained my issue and she told me that she would not go on with my care plan because she wouldn't be there for the follow-up. I have no primary care doctor and they have no idea when they will get one. They are down two doctors. So I literally sat there crying at appointment that meant nothing. My grandson and I have been going there since we moved here over a year ago. We see Lisa Adams and love her. She's very caring and if we need a referral I usually get a call from that office within a reasonable time. That being said, my grandson has a appointment this Friday and had it not been for a letter from his insurance yesterday, we would have never known. Now I have to call to find out if they've dropped mine also because I sent a message over a week ago and haven't gotten a response
great staff. they actually listen and take consideration of your feeling and concerns when it comes to your own health and wellness
Like most things involving FirstHealth they are the best you are going to get since there is no competition. I get 8 text messages to confirm an appointment, a text to pre check in and I still am sitting outside the office 5 minutes after they are supposed to be open waiting for my appointment. It's a joke.
