Like most things involving FirstHealth they are the best you are going to get since there is no competition. I get 8 text messages to confirm an appointment, a text to pre check in and I still am sitting outside the office 5 minutes after they are supposed to be open waiting for my appointment. It's a joke.

My family and I all go see Dr P including my husband's grandparents. We all are thankful for his care as our doctor. I've had a large list of symptoms pop up the last two years and he's gone above and beyond to care for me. He's great with our kids and has wonderful bedside manor. Everyone else in the office has always been very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I called for an appointment 8:00 am and was rudely told since I not been seen in three years I was considered a new patient and the practice was not accepting new patients and she hung up. There was no suggestion of where I might go. I worked in the Philadelphia health system for over 35 years and we would never have treated a patient in this manner. This office needs some serious re structuring on patient care.
