If I could give no stars I would. Front desk staff are unprofessional and only do their jobs after reporting them to higher ups. This clinic takes veterans and then refuses to treat them or even bill properly. This place has gone down the toilet since Ms. Frutchey and Ms. Hall left. I wouldn't advise anyone to go here.
THIS CLINIC HAS GONE DOWN THE DRAIN SINCE MRS. CONSTANCE HALL WAS FIRED. THE NEW "PROVIDER" DONNA IS HORRIBLE, SHE SHOULD GO THROUGH PATIENT TRAINING TO LEARN HOW TO #1 COMMUINCATE BETTER VIA MESSAGING OR OVER THE PHONE #2 SHE LACKS EMPATHY AND FAILS TO ASK PROBING QUESTIONS BEFORE MAKING AN ASSUMPTION BECAUSE NOTHING SHE SAYS IS FACTUAL

This place has gone through turbulence, but I can say that my experience today was uplifting. The ladies at red front were so nice, then Mo the nurse was amazing and did such a great job, and finally Dr. Sciarra is so easy to talk to and as an initial visit, I felt like he had been my Doc for years. On top of all that the telemed with MPAS Laura Martin who is Amazing and has helped our family so much, is easy and responsive. This really is a true whole family clinic! Thanks Team!!
On February 11th 2026, I had my first appointment with Dr. Constance Hall. At the time of my appointment, I was not needing prescription refills. I wasn't able to refill early. On March 19th, 2026 Dr. Constance Hall left the practice and a new doctor was assigned to me but he wasn't taking patients yet as he wasn't set to fully join the practice until end of March.
