Wow with a capital W! Dr. Bullard is spectacular. Talk about caring about her patients. I had a post visit complication - she squeezed me in, was very knowledgable about my situation and the choices we could make and clearly cared. The rest of the office staff was equally wonderful including her primary nurse and floater nurse. Thank you!
My original review has apparently been deleted so I would like to post again my feedback so patients are informed of services provided by this facility. I was seen on Aug 26 and had the WORST experience in this clinic. It’s supposed to be an urgent facility but didn’t complete my treatment until 2 hours later!!!! The check-in process at the front desk was good but the nurse and assistant nurse who asked for vitals, etc were so bad, gad to ask for my weight even after taking my vitals. I’ve been coming to this clinic for a while now and have seen three different doctors here — every single one has been wonderful! The first two eventually moved on, but I feel so lucky to have had them, and now I’m absolutely delighted with my new doctor, Dr. Tracy Ballard. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable with her right away, and I really appreciate how she listens and genuinely cares. The reception people are top tier!! The lady that helped me went above and beyond. I think her name was Shubricca! Amazing staff and doctors are really good!
