My least favorite place to go for obvious reasons but Dr Kuzma, whom I've seen for a few years now is one of the most kind and caring doctor's. He has patience, and takes the time to fully explain, and to make sure you understand everything very clearly. Everyone in the facility is always kind and considerate of any needs or concerns that you may have. Thank you all for doing what you do to make our visit as pleasant as can be.
THere is not enough space here to say just how wonderful this facility is. Thankfully I only go here for blood thinner medication management, However I observe just how compassionate everyone is from the admin staff to the providers. With full appreciation of the sometimes dark side of what they must contend with on a daily basis, I don't know how they do it and may God bless them for doing so! Moore County is so blessed by having this valuable asset in our community. Wish I could rate them the hundred stars they deserve
This facility is generally well-maintained and clean. Most of the staff are pleasant and professional; however, there are occasional concerns with how some individuals in the treatment room interact with patients. One staff member in the infusion center, known for consistently wearing dresses, has demonstrated rude and harsh behavior on several occasions.
