I had an excellent experience with First Glass Auto today for a windshield replacement. I had some water leaking in my vehicle likely due to an improperly installed windshield from the last owner. First Glass came within 1 business day and replaced the windshield in my driveway which was super convenient. They were even nice enough to spray under my carpet with some anti mold solution as I was very concerned about mold due to the leak. They put my concerns to rest and the new windshield looks great. Great service, great people!!!
Upon second visit, a very disappointing result. Windshield installed does not fit right; squeaks when driving, and has gaps that will result in ice damage. They would not resolve issues staying issues were within spec. Possible fit and finish issues with lower cost glass/install were not communicated prior to purchase.
Staff is very friendly
Lucas had gave me one of the best customer service here at the place! He is a very friendly guy and 100% I’d recommend this place to friends and families.
