This is the most horrible agency I have ever seen. I am a STNA who had a total knee replacement and this is the agency I was linked up with. The Akron Office. My initial visit was with a Nurse I assume, then I had a therapist come in for 2 visits that had me do a heel slide with 5 reps and left, both times. The 2nd week I took off my own bandage, and assessed because no one came out to do it. I never received a shower Aide as well.
