We had a very disappointing experience working with Zachary Nelson and would not use this lender again. We received incorrect guidance about doing a loan recast, which we estimate will cost us about $2,200 per year. We were also told our loan would not be sold, but it was transferred shortly after closing, leaving us with little ability to fairly address the PMI adjustment we had expected to discuss.
