Constantly being locked out of my account when my debit card just randomly stops working. I get fraud alerts and locks over TEN DOLLARS, yet these INCOMPETENT CLOWNS allowed a hotel to steal nearly $200 AND THEN they forced me into filing a complaint with CFPB over regulation E compliance.
This bank does not care about small businesses. The customer service for their asset recovery team is beyond disrespectful, they refused to take meetings and phone calls. This is a community based place where community and customer service matters. They have been on the area for month and have pushed several small business out the way for Southern States. I have five accounts in this bank and I’m walking away from First Bank with all of them
This organization made it hard to use any of my money while moving out of state despite me explaining my situation , when out of state my accounts got frozen for too much activity and while trying remedy the situation it was like pulling teeth dealing with customer service. This was my second time dealing with a financial institution in TN over 5yrs and just like the previous bank they were absolutely inept and forced me to use alternative means.
