Possibly the worst place you could get a loan through, they will do everything in their power to screw you over. The worst customer service, ran by people who have no idea what they’re talking about , and heaven forbid you ask them to explain anything. They will badger you by saying the same statement repeatedly and never give you a straight answer . If you want a lender with values and cares about their customers this is the last place to look . Great personalized service! These folks here and at other branches actually answer calls & emails promptly and can take care of many issues without transferring you multiple times. It’s a stark difference from the big banks. You’re never talking to folks there just to draw a paycheck and nothing more. This bank is a great example of true community banking, very stable financially. Their mobile app. is by far the easiest to use & fluid of any I’ve used. If you want a bank where things “just work” park your $ here.
