I am extremely disappointed with First Bank. My debit card has been compromised twice, causing unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and concerns about the security of my account. As a customer, I expect my bank to provide reliable protection for my finances, but after dealing with this issue multiple times, I have lost confidence in their ability to do so. You have the oddest experiences at most of the branches. Ive gotten where I don't like going inside to do anything anymore. They always seem automatically leary of certain people. If you can read between the lines. Been a member since it was Northwest GA. Anytime you spend any substantial amount of time writing out documentation to do business.
