The service we receive each visit to First Bank in Memphis and Chattanooga is fantastic. the staff are friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. From the ease of opening a trust account to daily mundane requests and even a few special requests, everything is easy and timely. Cindy and Felisha are both are talented leaders with tremendous technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. Thank you for making my Trustee and POA duties easy, pleasant, and productive.
