We are a business with over 10 accounts with Firstbank. I was at this location today and I had the best experience I ever had at Firstbank. My contact was Gabe Cox. He was professional, fast and very pleasant to work with. I asked him whether he is the branch manager, and that he surely deserves recognition from leadership for the quality of work he delivers
Really bad costumer and unprofessional people even my account shows certain available amount. They said I could only pull out half because it’s weekend!!???
