Great employees! I was surprised how easy everything was
It's an absolutely terrible place. I've never experienced anything worse in my life. I went there several times to open an account, and they questioned my information and treated me terribly. I wouldn't recommend anyone open an account at this bank. It's beyond awful. It's even beyond bad.
Never had a bad experience or long wait at the numerous locations I’ve been in. The staff has always been courteous and pleasant as well.
The service at this bank is truly impressive. Every staff member I have interacted with has been very helpful, patient, and kind. Even though I do not speak English well, they always take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understand. They do their best to assist me with every issue I have. I am very grateful for their excellent service and warm attitude. This is truly one of the best banking experiences I have ever had
I ran my business out of this bank for 39 years. Now I’m retired and this bank is worthless. The people that answer the phone are rude, ignorant careless attitude. They’re not there to help they don’t care about you. It’s not how much money you have in the bank either I never ever have a problem and when I call them with one problem, they send every Deaf person they can to talk to me.
