Waited 20+ minutes at the drive up ATM for them to help the person in front of me. I tried to call in and ask what was going on and nobody answered.
I stood in line patiently for 20 mins. She called a male up. Being polite, he let me go. I waited another 20 mins for anyone to even acknowledge me as I am standing at the cashiers desk. Finally I say, "is anyone going to help me?!" I have banked with first bank fot over 10 years and this was the most terrible experience. The cashier asked for approval on cashing my business checks after 20 mins. The approver did not say hello, did not acknowledge me, did not tell me what was going on.
