This is a 1-star review, for what it’s worth. Besides the fact that there are four attendants working, there seems to be very little urgency or focus on customer service. Time and time again, I’ve come into this branch and seen the same issues, which makes me feel like management hasn’t done much to improve efficiency here. Ever since pnc bought out the bank it has gone down hill
All of you are impatient, yes we have to wait because this is a busy site. They have 8 personnel on staff today. Every single one of them is very professional and extremely nice. I feel bad for the negative people you have to deal with. Thank you for everything.
