Why have an ATM if it’s not gonna work at least put one inside for us to be able to deposit and use the ATM makes no sense. This is the second time this has happened to me at this branch.
El personal es muy amable y nos ayudaron con todo lo relacionado a nuestra visita. Aunque no es necesario ha er una cita para realizar tramites comunes, si se necesita para realizar una diligencia específica.

Mi esposo tiene cuenta de negocios con ellos desde hace 2 años y en este momento tiene 2 semanas que no puede entrar a sus cuentas online por un zelle que el hizo y confirmo que fue el y dicen que el departamento de fraude se va a comunicar con el ya son 2 semanas y nada ayer fue al banco en persona y le volvieron a decir que esperar. Es una cuenta de negocios necesita mover dinero. Yo creo que va a tener que cambiar de banco
