Firstbank is going downhill fast. Between closing branches and all of the new inexperienced tellers banking with them has become very inconvenient. To add to this, they recently increased their fees fairly substantially. It's obvious that customers take a back seat to profit. With the Union branch closed this branch has become very busy and slow.

Been here a couple times. Friendly service and knowledgeable staff in protecting you against fraud and scams from the convos I've had.
Extremely friendly employees. Sometimes I wish simple things didn't take so long, like making any kind of withdrawal, or opening accounts, but the staff has always been super friendly, and fair. I've never had issues with fees that others complain about. If you don't overdraw your account, you won't see fees. It's an unfortunate fact that those with bad money management skills will complain the loudest when they are penalized for their inability to manage their finances.
