Terrible bank
Friendly, professional employees! Always welcoming and patient if you have questions or multiple transactions.
Firstbank is going downhill fast. Between closing branches and all of the new inexperienced tellers banking with them has become very inconvenient. To add to this, they recently increased their fees fairly substantially. It's obvious that customers take a back seat to profit. With the Union branch closed this branch has become very busy and slow.
