BEWARE OF FIRSTBANK — THEY STOLE MY MONEY This bank is shady as hell. I walked into the Denver branch to close my account and told Alonso to give me ALL of my money in cash. He straight up lied and said he couldn’t, that it had to be a cashier’s check. When I told him I knew that was false, he changed his story and said giving me cash would just “require paperwork.” Fine. I said do the paperwork. Momo has to be one of the best FirstBank customer service employees I’ve ever come across. Positive vibes all around & beyond helpful. Truly made my day how she helped me apply for a credit card.
