Momo has to be one of the best FirstBank customer service employees I’ve ever come across. Positive vibes all around & beyond helpful. Truly made my day how she helped me apply for a credit card. Great service
Fatima and Christian are the most wonderful human beings ever. Their presence, spirit, and professionalism speak very volumes for the bank. I’ll only go to the first bank on 6th and Broadway!!! Their supervisor should really congratulate for their welcoming hospitality. I also feel safe here.
Have nothing but good things to say about 1st Bank. I’ve been to Credit Unions, BofA, Chase, Wells and by far this one has a home feel and always give me the right answers.
