The service here is great! Picked up some foreign currency very quickly before a trip. Samson and Marquez were great and so nice to work with
I went to FirstBank to open a simple account, and it hasn’t even been a week and I’m already having problems. The person helping me was inexperienced and completely unprofessional — they ran my credit and even applied for a credit card without my consent. I just received a letter in the mail about it, which was a complete shock. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

The atm just keep gettong slower and slower. 8 out of 10 stops the atm isnt even working. Removed the atms from kingsoopers. I may switch banks
