Broker Lise Wabiszewski tried to sell me a dilapidated home in Bayside by hiding foundation problems behind storage boxes. Inspection determined it needed; roof, chimney, driveway, siding, major foundation repairs and substantial mold abatement. My realtor notified Lise of defects. They replied, whatever it takes to sell. So we asked them to reduce the price by 10%. Seller refused offer and took the earnest money, (three thousand dollars written out to First Weber Trust) and held an open house at the property two days later.
