We had two loans go through first Washington in a short turn around. We thought we were dealing with a family friend that we knew from our kids sports. Come to find out during our current new refinance that we were taken to the cleaners. We were forced into a horrible loan with unbelievable fees etc . Fees and terms we never agreed to. Just found out I have been paying PMI when I didn’t need to. We have been recommending First Washington Mortgage since working with them for the first time in 2014. Adam does a really good job with all loan types from credit-challenged, difficult files, to those with excellent credit, and we have found him to have the best rates and lowest costs for our clients. Being a smaller mortgage company means they have lower overhead to pay for, so they don't pad their loans with a lot of extra fees.
