Adam does a really good job with all loan types from credit-challenged, difficult files, to those with excellent credit, and we have found him to have the best rates and lowest costs for our clients. Being a smaller mortgage company means they have lower overhead to pay for, so they don't pad their loans with a lot of extra fees. Stay away. Awful communication, was sent other people’s documents during mortgage process which probably means my info was sent to others as well because of their incompetence. Just received a letter that my data(social, license, bank account) was accessed and obtained by an illegal intruder from their system. Again, stay away from this broker.
