Trying on the phone to open a Trust account: 1-Can't reach a representative on the phone. 2-Used online appointment scheduler and asked a question and receive no reply. 3- Called a branch in New York and they answered. 4-Can't open a trust account if both parties are not present at the same branch. I don't understand why identification verification can't be made at separate branches using using Skype or Face Time?
