I received a call from someone from Community Choice Financial and I asked the gentlemen (Asian guy) to please do not call or text me because I am not interested. He responded with " ***** YOU, ***** YOU!" They say I owe a debt that I know nothing about. Called family members and called me 5 time in less than a minute. Says I will be picked up by police. I have asked to have a letter proving it's ny debt sent to me but he wouldn't then called back and said they will be moving forward with charges. Isn't it a fair act to be able to dispute what isn't mine? These people are out of this world rude and ruthless.

I went to Check Smart which is a subsidiary of this company to cash a paycheck and an employee there called my employer "creepy". This is unprofessional behavior in my opinion. I am also suspicious of their check cashing policies since I know I have a legitimate paycheck and they stated that there was insufficient funds.

Some ************* called a customers place of employment and falsely accused someone else of being that person. This person does not know how to her job.

I have been a customer for over a year but due to a snow storm, I could not physically get into the office to pay. I told them to accept the check that they make out before giving the loan. I was forced to pay a late fee due to an employee's mistake of entering my account number wrong in their system and on the contract. If the employees are not competent enough to enter an account number correctly, why should I pay the late fee for the check not being able to cash? That is 100% their fault. Long time customer. Never defaulted. Company changed policy without any notice. A payment typically due on Friday, now due on Tuesday. I was called by a rude employee who would not listen, but continue to interrupt. She absolutely made the situation worse, and has no business being in customer service. I tried calling the corporate office with no success. Sent them an email, and I was emailed back asking me to call for assistance. What a joke!! I paid the loan off and will not be back. Avoid all CheckSmart locations.

I called in to get the number to the collection agency they sold my account to. I was transferred over and over but finally when I got to the Outsourcing Manager he had to be one of the RUDEST people I have ever spoken to. He did not let me get a word out and he talked over me the whole conversation.
