The "trust" in first trust is a joke. I just went to the drive through and they sent my tube back to someone else. It had my ID and my account info in it! Now someone knows all my personal information. She said "sorry! It happens all the time" and laughed.
Closed my account after a few years with them. Paid for fraud protection for years with it as well. Come time I finally have a charge of $42.79 from Walmart.com I haven’t shopped online with them in 5 years yet they said an online payment had a pin used I said please prove it was me. told it’s on me… I brought proof….Including uninterrupted video of my whole Walmart account last ordered from in 2021 on an expired account from a different bank….
