First time going to Velocity Truck Centre and I had a great experience. Shantel - the advisor, was top notch as well as Mason, their service manager and Carson, their foreman were both super kind. Phoned them up on Saturday of the May long weekend. Needed a waterpump as mine was absolutely toast, and the belt was 3/4s off the fan pully. They took me right in and hunted the parts down for me. Was in and out in no time and had some laughs along the way. Very fair with pricing and mechanic was fantastic. Highly recommend and will be bringing our fleet there for all our service needs. Thanks again. You made a crappy day far better. :-)
