The guys there gave me a no hassle refund when I expressed dissatisfaction about my purchase. They didn't try to push another car upon me either. Some other small car dealers wanted down payment money up front, like a commitment to buy, just to put in the paperwork. Alex, the guy who did the paperwork at First Trading Company, was very gracious and I highly recommend him. Robert the salesman was very pleasant. I would do business with them again. Thank you.
