I've never written a Google review, but I had to for Chris, Ruben, Jose, and First to Respond Restoration. They were recommended to us by another family in our area when we had an HVAC leak that led to water damage in our drywall and in the crawlspace under our house, and if we ever have a problem again, they're who we'll go to right away. We initially got multiple quotes, but we immediately found Ruben (who came onsite) to be kind and honest in a way that the other companies who came out weren't. Horrible to deal with and very dishonest told me it was a day job (overcharged) and were in and out in under 2 hours and didn’t do all the things they promised. It’s a money grab be careful!
