James has allowed tenants of his rental property to terrorize me in my home of 44yrs. Joseph Mayfield of First Texas Realty is dishonest and completely unprofessional. The firm should be closes based on their practices. Joseph committed to discount on purchasing property and then does not respond when it is time for him to give the money. I would not trust anyone at this brokerage. I am going to file a complaint against this firm and Joseph on what happened with my scenario. It would bring great joy in closing this dishonest firm.
