First Texas Honda sent coupon for the oil change service . standard models price for $18.95, and ow-20 oil price for $21.95 I called before I go there for the oil change. They remind me " bring the coupon" After the oil change , they charged me $36.87. I showed the cashier the coupon. He ignored it. and still want me paid full amount. I think the other reviewer is confused about which dealership s/he went to. First Texas Honda is a one-price dealership; there's no such thing as haggling over prices. I have always found them to be wonderful, both when I bought my car and every time I've taken it in to be serviced. They are now on Steck, though, not Koenig anymore.

I am 56 years old, and this is my first brand new car I ever purchased. rob and Mike made it so easy and comfortable. Everyone at First Texas Honda made it a wonderful experience.

This is the 3rd new car we've bought from First Texas. Joe Reyna is great and has taken very good care of us. Hondas are not perfect, but no car is. we have generally been very pleased with all 3. I anticipate this will continue to be our first choice dealership!

Tip for consumers... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! These people lack customer service skills and their work isn't good.

Great - Brad Miller was very knowledgeable and made you feel not hurried in making a decision. He had already talked with my son over the computer. Other people were also very helpful.

My experience at First Texas Honda has been Wonderful. I was not particularly excited about getting a new car because of the 'car game" some dealerships play. No names - Shawn was fantastic! This has turned out to be a positive, fun experience.

Winthrop Ellsworth seems lovely and honest. This whole process has been clearly explained to me. I honestly feel like every conversation has hinged upon my best interest as a consumer and not the salesperson's best pitch. I appreciate that a lot.
