If I could give their customer service 0 stars I would. One specific person was very hostile when receiving notice of the broken ATM. Yelling and screaming that it was not broken, when clearly it was not dispensing cash... the other worker agreed which was odd. Could have been easily resolved with understanding, but continued to yell and give mean looks. Be weary if you need customer service from this branch.
Not impressed with this bank. This First Tennessee is closest to my work, but I have nothing but problems when going here. Once they put a deposit (over $3k) into someone else's account. It took over a week to fix. Then I went in to change my name after getting married and was told I couldn't with my marriage certificate, but could when my new drivers license came by mail. Today, I went in with my license and was told I needed my marriage license. I asked if I could deposit a check with my new name and was told "no it will b... read more
