I stopped using firsttech when Addision Avenue was still in existance. I still get emails from them all the time. I have called their customer support number numerious times asking to get off of their list. They always says they need to get some help and someone will call me back when they get us removed. They never call back or remove us from their email list. When I call again and ask why I am told sorry and this time they will get it resolved. Still waiting!!!!!
I wish I could give them a zero. I am currently finding the names of the board members to reach out to about my experience. I am a victim of identity fraud. Someone set up an account with this bank under my person information. I am trying to work with this company to get it resolved which has been horrible. The costumer service is awful. I've been a First Tech member for 20 years. Up to a couple of years ago it used to be an awesome experience - friendly, helpful and with excellent services. Unfortunately last 4-5 years the service in some places deteriorated rapidly. I visited the ***** ******* branch in Redmond on 161st Ave NE a couple of times over the last couple of months and my experience was consistently very bad. Worst credit union in the US. Stay away from them unless you like a company that takes 2 weeks to send you a message indicating that they need more information to process your application and then when you send them the information it takes another 2 weeks for them to respond with a message declining you without any reason. Don't even try to open an account unless you have time to waste.
